SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering and will be shipped using standard shipping. All domestic orders are shipped through USPS. You can expect to receive tracking information via email when your order is shipped.

Once your order has been mailed, NORCHELL EVANS MINITRIES accepts no responsibility for loss or damage packages. If this does occur, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was shipped. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

We will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. However, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, we do not ship. We will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, NORCHELL EVANS MINITRIES cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, or etc.

EXCHANGE

Need to make an exchange? No problem! If you need to exchange your item, it must exchange within 7 days. When your item is received and inspected, we will notify you letting you know whether you were approved or denied an exchange. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item for the exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If approved, your exchange item will be shipped to you. If you are denied and want your item back, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

FAILED DELIVERY

RETURN TO SENDER

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due the wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, or if customer refuses to collect package, the package will be returned to sender (NORCHELL EVANS MINITRIES) at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
